What is the accuracy of your list?
Our data is guaranteed to be 95% accurate. If you experience "undeliverable records" due to bad email addresses in excess of 5%, we will provide a prorated refund against your original purchase price.
How often is your national list updated?
Our research team updates our national list every three months and customers that make a purchase within 30 days of an update receive a courtesy update on the same list. This courtesy update is in addition to the original order and allows our customers to begin marketing immediately, verses waiting until the update is complete.
Are regular updates available for a subscription fee?
Yes. Updates for list purchases are available anytime at a rate of 50% off the current, published price.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We are extremely confident that you will use our services on a regular basis. Thus, we do not require any contractual obligation. We only ask that you read and accept our terms and conditions
How can I pay for my list?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
When will I receive the list that I purchased from you?
The agent list that you requested is available immediately. Your order confirmation email, sent upon successful processing of your order includes a link for accessing your list, quickly and easily. Each order confirmation email has easy to use, "Download Instructions" for viewing, opening and saving your list of agent contacts. In what format should I expect to receive my list when I purchase from Email-Local-Agents?
At Email-Local-Agents, our lists are delivered in TXT, XLS or CSV format for easy importing into any existing contact management software or bulk email program. We are also happy to send our lists on CD ROM for a nominal shipping and handling fee.
I am having difficulty downloading my list. What can I do?
In the event you are unable to open, view or save your Email-Local-Agents.com list, visit our online help resource at www.email-local-agents.com/help. In the event you are familiar with firewall software, routers and file size limitations, you may want to eliminate these as obstacles by taking the appropriate action. On the rare occasion that you experience a difficulty, we may elect to forward the list to you in a CD-ROM format. Why can't I open or view the list I purchased?
Most of our lists are sent compressed into a file called a zip file. This is a very common, high speed technique for sending large files electronically. To download a free trial version of WinZip to view your list file, visit; http://www.winzip.com/downwzeval.htm? If this does not solve your problem, you may need to request assistance from a resource that has relevant knowledge of Microsoft Excel or refer to our online help resources at www.email-local-agents.com/help. Can I have a third party send the mailings for me, using my purchased list?
Customers of Email-Local-Agents.com are permitted to share purchased lists with third parties providing mailing or faxing services. We only ask that you read and accept our terms and conditions.
Some of my emails came back "undeliverable." What happened?
As a list provider, we can perform every possible measure of list maintenance and still have a percentage of undeliverable email addresses. A 5-10 percent return-rate is normal and to be expected, initially. This is actually a more favorable percentage than the national average, which has been reported upwards of 20 percent. It is important to scroll through any undeliverable email messages to determine the reason for the failure.
